HOW DO I ORDER?
Simply add items to your cart, and you will be taken to your Paypal account where the correct postage will be calculated. Discounted shipping applies for multiple purchases.

PAYMENT
All payment is made via Paypal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card/debit card using Paypal.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Paypal will send you a notification of your order being placed.

UK/CANADIAN SHIPPING
Each parcel will arrive lovingly gift wrapped to the highest quality. All items are sent by recorded delivery, which prevents against loss and damage and ensures peace of mind. Tracking numbers can be provided if requested.

In the event that headbands are mailed from Canada, postage costs will change accordingly. You will be made aware of this prior to making your order. Please note that items shipped from Canada will be mailed via nontracked airmail to keep shipping costs low. Tracking numbers can be requested at an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping charges will be calculated after all your items are added to your shopping cart.

SHIPPING TIME
Please note that unless otherwise specified, each headband is made to order. Please allow 5-10 working days for your headband to be made. You will receive confirmation of shipment after your custom order has been completed. If mailed from London, orders within the UK should take between 2-3 days for delivery after the custom headband has been made; international orders please allow 7-10 days from after custom completion. Otherwise, please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive.

RETURN POLICY
In the event that an item is faulty, we will offer you a full exchange or store credit, provided that you return the item to us unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

Our normal returns period is 7 days from the date you receive the goods so please email us with your return request within this time.

Please note, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for items that get lost in the post. If this is a worry, please do request tracked delivery and an invoice for extra shipping charges will be sent to your Paypal account. Orders sent from the UK within the UK are already sent via recorded shipping.
